Six of The Members Group’s (TMG’s) credit union clients were recently included in the Credit Union Journal’s inaugural list of the Best Credit Unions to Work For.
Research firm Best Companies Group administered the two-part assessment. Evaluations included a 78-question employee survey, as well as employee benefits, credit union policies and human resources practices. Thirty credit unions in total made the list.

Offering employees a quality work environment is a value we at TMG also hold in high regard. In fact, this fall, TMG, as part of our parent company Affiliates Management Company (AMC), was named one of the Des Moines Register’s Top 100 Workplaces of 2014.
Each year, the Register, in conjunction with third-party research company WorkplaceDynamics, ranks the 100 best companies to work for in Iowa. Here again, selection and ranking is based on workplace surveys completed by employees, which makes the honor all the more meaningful.
